of why visitors love the Cayman
Islands. Palm trees and sandy

visit this Caribbean oasis, or why
you haven't come back sooner. Of
course, the Caymans are also a
diver's paradise, with crystal-clear
azure waters awaiting your arrival.
Each of our three islands has so
much to offer the visitor it is hard
to know where to start. Spend your
time discovering secret coves and
beaches, visiting the many points of
interest and experience a little of
our heritage, engaging in the
numerous recreational activities

relaxing in our warmth. Each year, a
spectacular 1.5 million visitors

luxurious offerings of the Cayman
Islands. The Caymans are an ideal

personal level, but also on an
investment level. Be sure to explore
your options to invest in this
world-class financial centre; the
Cayman Islands are ranked as the

very healthy real estate market.
Vacation in the Cayman Islands! It
is easy to see why we have so many
returning guests year after year.
There is no shortage of fantastic
dining options when eating out in
the Cayman Islands. Choices abound,
including delicious fare ranging
from traditional Caymanian dishes
such as stewed conch (pronounced
'conk') or jerk chicken with rice
and beans to your favorite
international flavor at the
incredible variety of restaurants
serving up dishes ranging from Greek
to Thai, Mediterranean to Chinese,
and Sushi to Nuevo Latino, to name a
few. Of course, those with less
adventurous taste will be happy to
know that there is plenty of
standard, American-style fare to be
found as well, and even a few
fast-food restaurants to keep you
satisfied. Take advantage of the
diverse opportunities to dine on the
waterfront; many venues offer
open-air seating on patios and decks
right on the ocean, while others
have spectacular ocean-view dining
in air-conditioned comfort. Be sure
to ask about the daily specials -
tropical libations offer sweet
temptation, and locally caught fresh
fish is often, if not always,
available. Dress for dinner ranges
from casual to elegant, but never
requires a tie. Very few
establishments require a collared
shirt and pants for gentlemen. Be
sure to ask when making reservations
to avoid disappointment.
Reservations are generally not
required, but highly recommended,
especially in peak times and during
high season. If you are traveling
with a large group, always call
ahead so that the restaurant can
best accommodate you.
